All communications regarding the commission will be done through emails.

I will not be providing an initial sketch for proofing, I will only provide screenshots if I need clarification on specific details. Please know the exact pose and expression you want or trust my artistic license.

File type and resolution of the finished commission is PNG and 350 DPI. It will be sent via email.

I will send one final image with a watermark or signature that doesn't cover or obscure the artwork.

You will only be allowed to have one revision slot. Beyond that will have an additional fee.

Commissions created through this form are prohibited from being used for monetary profit or commercial gain, as these are priced differently. Please contact me for more inquiries.

As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork and may post and use the commissions for my own benefit.

Do not remove my signature or watermark from the image.

You may use the image for your own personal use such as to print posters or stickers, crop into an icon or banner, etc. but you cannot sell the artwork for profit.

Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Commissions cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

Commissions in progress are eligible for a full refund after 60 days have passed with no meaningful progress, eg. still in sketch/concept stage.

Commissions not started are eligible for a full refund only after 60 days have passed.

I will automatically issue a refund after 90 days if a commission is still incomplete unless an agreement is made with the commissioner to extend the working period.
